100% payment is required at the time of booking to secure your appointment. Payments are to be sent via Zelle to 9472320404 or PayPal @extraglammed. After submitting your payment, please send a screenshot of your payment confirmation to 9472320404. Your appointment is not considered confirmed until payment has been received and verified. Unpaid appointments will be cancelled. Please schedule accordingly.
Please arrive on time for your appointment, as we often have a full schedule. Arriving 10-15 minutes late may result in the cancellation of your appointment, and the forfeiture of your payment. If I can accommodate your late arrival, please note that a late fee will be added to your service total.
If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please provide at least 48 hours’ notice. While payments are nonrefundable, you may transfer your payment to a new appointment once if you adhere to the cancellation policy. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before your appointment will result in 50-80% forfeiture of your payment - this will depend on the services booked, and on the time’s notice. Please note that same day cancellations and no-shows will result in the forfeiture of 100% payment and may result in a restriction from future bookings.
Additional guests or children are not permitted. No exceptions.
Sick Policy
Your health and ours is our top priority. If you are feeling unwell or experiencing any symptoms, we kindly ask that you reschedule your appointment. Arriving sick will unfortunately lead to the cancellation of your session, and you may lose your deposit along with additional fees. We appreciate your responsibility and care for our space and clients.
